At WigsRise, we sell digital products only. Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not accept physical returns.

1. Digital Product Sales

All products sold on WigsRise are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the order has been completed and the file has been delivered or made available for download.

However, we may review refund requests in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • You did not receive your digital product due to a technical issue.

  • The file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed as described.

  • You received a product that is materially different from the product description.
